Blue-green infrastructure is multifunctional and welcomes complexity. A park or multiuser route can be a climate safe transport hub, a renewable energy community pension, an outdoor classroom a refuge for nature and space to breath for our souls.
This complexity gifts us an abundance of resources and resilience, and in the nature of complex systems tending towards self-regulation can express itself with simplicity such as in the playful and natural rhythms of nature.
